2. Description of Service
Sportivago is a multi-sport ecosystem that connects players, clubs, coaches, and communities. The Platform provides features including, but not limited to: court discovery and booking, match organization, DUPR ratings, AI-powered video highlights, tournament management, and health tracking.
3. Accounts
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Platform, including but not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with the operation of the service, submitting false or misleading information, or using the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Platform. By submitting content, you grant Sportivago a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the service.
6. Payments
Certain features, such as match fees or premium services, may require payment. All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. Fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or as stated in the relevant feature description.
7. Intellectual Property
The Platform, including its design, logos, trademarks, and software, is the property of Sportivago and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sportivago shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
